Part-time Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through engaging interactions and embodying customer experience principles
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Support multiple store areas through cross-training as needed
• Model excellent customer service and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Accurately process transactions, merchandise, and store recovery tasks
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and shrink reduction goals are met
• Participate in store recognition, feedback, and safety initiatives
• Support store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors
• Retail experience preferred
