Part Time Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting and acknowledging all customers.
• Aid the sales team during transactions, handling tasks such as pulling, packing, and transferring merchandise as needed.
• Manage returns and exchanges by ensuring accurate sizing and tracking inventory movements between the sales floor and stockroom.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by folding, straightening, filling-in, and placing merchandise correctly throughout the day.
• Affirm the presence and availability of all merchandise, styles, and sizes on the floor.
• Assist with stock duties, including managing shipments, markdowns, and transfers.
• Operate the POS system to assist sales, ensuring 100% client capture and product availability.
• Keep the wrap desk organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in and support events both in-store and off-site, including setup, breakdown, and overall organization.
• Collaborate with stock associates in tagging, organizing, and processing incoming shipments.
