Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals.
  • Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer.
  • Build the Brand: Educate customers on Lush brand values and spread the word about unique offerings.
  • Product Passion: Continually expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
  • Team Involvement: Develop sales techniques, support team growth, and improve performance.
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and foster a sense of belonging.
  • Operational Excellence: Be punctual, maintain a clean store, and adhere to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
  • Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service, strong problem-solving skills, team experience, skincare/cosmetics experience, cross-cultural collaboration, and DEIB/social justice training
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages preferred
