About the role

The RN House Supervisor is a registered nurse responsible for hospital-wide leadership, ensuring safe, quality care and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff
• Promote operational excellence
• Manage emergency responses
• Foster collaboration among staff, physicians, and patients
• Utilize performance improvement methodologies, Lean Six Sigma principles, and evidence-based practices to drive quality and safety initiatives

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing, Business, or Health Administration
• Active RN licensure with BLS certification
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards
