About the role

The RN House Supervisor is a registered nurse responsible for hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, financial, and operational activities in the absence of senior leaders. They promote safety, quality care, and effective communication among staff, physicians, and patients, serving as a mentor and change agent to foster best practices using performance improvement methods and Lean Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or Health Administration
• Current RN licensure (single or multi-state)
• BLS certification
