About the role

The RN House Supervisor is a registered nurse responsible for hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, financial, human, and material resources to ensure safe, quality care and operational excellence. They act as a leader in the absence of senior management, collaborating with staff, physicians, and patients to promote safety, efficiency, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervising department staff
• Managing emergency responses
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Supporting performance improvement initiatives using evidence-based practices and Lean Six Sigma principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing, Business, or Health Administration
• Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state)
• BLS certification
