Part-Time RN Supervisor

The RN House Supervisor is a registered nurse responsible for hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, financial, human, and material resources to ensure safe, quality care and operational excellence. They act as a leader in the absence of senior management, collaborating with staff, physicians, and patients to promote safety, efficiency, and service standards. Key duties include supervising department staff, managing emergency responses, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supporting performance improvement initiatives using evidence-based practices and Lean Six Sigma principles. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing, Business, or Health Administration, current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state), and BLS certification.
