Part Time RN Day Shift

About the role

The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Broadview Heights, OH is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team on day shift. This part-time position offers 12‑hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a supportive nursing and leadership team and a collaborative, resident‑centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Assist with developing and following individualized plans of care
• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants
• Promote a positive, respectful environment for residents and team members

Requirements

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

Schedule

Part‑time, 12‑hour day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
