Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Schedule

• Work between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends.
• Monthly seniority-based schedules are available two weeks in advance.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Pay

• Earnings range from $17.12 to $20.31 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met.
• Retail Sales Consultants working 20–24 hours per week earn an average of $30,725 per year in total compensation.
• Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
