Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, to be available when customers need us.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $17.12 – $20.31 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Consultants working 20–24 hours per week earn an average of $30,725 per year in total compensation. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
