Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About the role
Our part-time careers allow you to optimize your earning potential by working during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, creating meaningful connections with personalized sales expertise. You’ll also participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Schedule
You’ll work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment, and flexibility will help you stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.

Pay
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.18–$20.31 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required—training and coaching will be provided
