Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission.
• Work a schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends.
• Maintain flexibility and openness to change in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 days per week office presence; no relocation offered.

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus (training provided if needed).
