Part-Time Retail Sales Agent

Schedule

Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Handle money, including opening and closing of the shop.
• Operate P.O.S. system, manage shipping, transfer forms, and hard checks.
• Stand for long periods while delivering exceptional customer service and sales.
• Meet all Moments of Service standards, including greeting customers within 10 feet with a smile and sincere welcome.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction while meeting company and personal goals for the retail shop.
• Unpack, fold, or hang all delivered merchandise according to quality standards and place it in the appropriate location by the next day.
• Break down and dispose of empty merchandise boxes daily.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and dust-free shop and work area daily.
• Clean and empty restrooms and trash cans inside and outside the retail shop daily.
• Submit weekly requests for cleaning supplies, office supplies, and needed merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of the property, including restaurant and pool locations, as well as daily activities available for guests and their children.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• GED or high school equivalent preferred.
• Ability to move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally extend arms and hands, seize, grasp, and turn objects with hands.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
