Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, to be available when customers need assistance.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and customer‑service practices.

Schedule

Monthly seniority‑based schedules are posted two weeks in advance. Shifts fall between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends. This is a part‑time role (20 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No prior sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.
• Flexibility and openness to change are essential.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn a base salary of $29,428–$48,000 per year, plus up to $6,850 in commissions when all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top performers can earn up to $62,460 annually. Individual starting salary within the range depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
