About the role

In this role as a Retail Field Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering in-store training to Event Specialists, supporting the onboarding of new team members, and fostering strong, positive relationships with store personnel. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and capable of providing clear, effective training. Requirements

• 21 years or older
• 2-3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement
• Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
• Comfortable coaching for improvement from a positive point of view
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently to achieve goals
• Comfortable engaging with the public, talking with consumers, and recommending product sales
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Available to work up to 28 hours; 5 shifts per week, Thursday - Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Pay

$18.00 - $23.08 per hour
