Part Time Retail Field Trainer

About the role

Deliver in-store training to Event Specialists, support the onboarding of new team members, and foster strong, positive relationships with store personnel.

• Foster strong, positive relationships with store personnel

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• 2-3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement (preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience
• Comfortable coaching for improvement from a positive point of view
• Self-starter and able to work independently to achieve goals
• Comfortable engaging with the public, talking with consumers, and recommending product sales
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Available to work up to 28 hours; 5 shifts per week, Thursday - Monday
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Able to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Qualifications

Competitive wages: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
