Part Time Retail Field Trainer

About the role

As a Retail Field Trainer, you will deliver in-store training to Event Specialists, support the onboarding of new team members, and foster strong, positive relationships with store personnel. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and capable of providing clear, effective training.

Responsibilities

• Motivate retail teams and drive sales
• Create an engaging store experience
• Prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• 2-3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement
• Comfortable coaching for improvement from a positive point of view
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently to achieve goals
• Comfortable engaging with the public, talking with consumers, and recommending product sales
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Available to work up to 28 hours; 5 shifts per week, Thursday - Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Reliable transportation to and from work location

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience

Pay

$20.00 - $26.59 per hour

Schedule

• Up to 28 hours per week
• 5 shifts per week, Thursday - Monday
