About the role

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. You may be cross-trained across multiple store areas to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Model customer service practices and support a positive store culture
• Accurately process transactions and promote loyalty programs
• Prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness
• Support safety and shrink reduction initiatives

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and respond to change
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Effective teamwork and adaptability
• Retail experience preferred
