Part Time Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting operational standards including merchandise handling and loss prevention.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately process transactions, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas as needed and support shrink reduction efforts.

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to changes, lift heavy objects, and work effectively with team members.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Flexibility to support business needs with a supportive and respectful attitude.
