Responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer, embodying the brand through service, communication, and product expertise
• Drive personal sales and team goals through strong clienteling practices
• Create lasting relationships with customers by engaging in collaborative, team-focused behavior
• Support store operations by executing assigned responsibilities, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
• Operate with a positive, inclusive, and service-driven culture by adhering to Rothy’s values and dress code

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days or 2 Peak Days + 2 Non-Peak Days
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 25 lbs
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
• Ability to uphold Rothy’s Experience by following the dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift

Pay

The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, with base pay meeting minimum wage or the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements. Additional discretionary bonuses and incentives may be available.
