About the role

The Residential Counselor provides support, skill teaching, supervision, and community integration to adults with mental illness who reside in our group home. This farmhouse sits in an idyllic and peaceful area of Greenland, NH. The role works closely with residents without the requirement of clinical care, offering a rewarding but not daunting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supports residents with mental illness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
  • One year of experience working with persons with mental illness
