Responsibilities

• Sell life insurance concepts to warm leads using phone and video calls
• Help families secure financial protection (e.g., legacies, mortgages, children's futures)
• Maintain integrity by recommending only what families truly need

Requirements

• Self-starter with a hunter mindset and strong closing skills
• Excellent communication skills (phone and video)
• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one quickly with our guidance)
• Reliable WiFi, laptop/phone, and a quiet workspace
• Previous sales experience is a plus (e.g., retail, real estate, automotive), but heart and hustle matter more

Pay

• 100% commission-based with top-tier rates and bonuses for volume and consistency
