This is a part-time remote position requiring fewer than 30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled within a Saturday–Wednesday window based on your availability.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and educational cardiac device expertise
  • Reviews remote transmissions for all CRM vendors, while providing patients and healthcare professionals with the highest level of service possible
  • Provides troubleshooting support as needed
  • Maintains appropriate documentation
  • Utilizes and maintains internal software
  • Assists with the onboarding of new customers
  • Partners with other employees to appropriately understand market and customer dynamics
  • Demonstrates overall understanding of competitive landscape
  • Stays current with all new CRM products
  • Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to maintain necessary credentials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of work experience in healthcare
  • Certified Cardiographic Technician certification (CCT)
  • Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) per the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) is strongly preferred
  • Extensive understanding of medical terminology
  • Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule

Part-time, fewer than 30 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled within a Saturday–Wednesday window, with specific days determined based on your availability.
