Part-Time REMOTE Bookkeeper with Construction Experience

What You’ll Do

• Manage a large portfolio of clients, each with unique projects and financial needs
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, projects, and financial workflows
• Maintain strong organization while managing multiple clients at once
• Communicate confidently with internal teams
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address financial questions
• Ensure the integrity of day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of construction clients
• Collaborate with client to ensure budgets and financials are accurate and informative
• Establish cadence for monthly client closeout which includes confirmation of financial accuracy and high-level financial discussion
• Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication and meeting requirements
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality client service

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• 2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience
• Experience with construction accounting, job costing, or project-based accounting preferred
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously

Pay

$25-30 per hour
