Part-Time Remote ( BCBA ) Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Indiana client-based role; credentialed with Indiana payers is a plus.

About the role

At Happy Hearts ABA, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's) invest their hearts and partner with children and their families to meet meaningful milestones. This position begins as hourly and transitions to a salaried role once a full caseload is established.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• 2+ years of experience working with children with ASD

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Active BCBA certification
• LBA licensure for Indiana (required)
