Part-time Rehabilitation Assistant

About the role

Uplands Village in Pleasant Hill, TN, is seeking a dedicated team member to join our dynamic rehabilitation team as a Part-time Rehabilitation Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical, occupational, and speech therapists in providing therapy sessions to residents.
• Help residents with daily activities and mobility exercises.
• Monitor resident health and report any changes to healthcare providers.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the therapy areas.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitative setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
