Part Time - Registered Nurse - MedSurg

About the Role

Join our Med-Surg team in a fast-paced, 36-bed unit caring for adult patients with diverse medical needs, including orthopedic, surgical, cardiac, and complex conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring quality patient care, and coordinating activities of the care team.
• Perform bedside procedures, wound care, manage medical devices, and assist with post-op and specialty patients.
• Float to support hospital-wide needs and promote clinical growth.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred).
• New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license or multistate license.
• BCLS certification required.
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy) based on specialty area. Certifications must be obtained within specified timeframes for certain specialties.
