Part-Time Regional Primary Care Physician- North Shore, MA
Job Summary
The salary for this position is $280,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Compensation will be prorated for part-time roles. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
About the Role
Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our Regional Care Team — a unique opportunity offering variety, flexibility, and work-life balance. The Regional Primary Care Physician will be based at one practice location and provide in-person care for patients within the local Mass General Brigham network whose primary care provider is on leave or transitioning.
Responsibilities
- No Panel Management: Focus on patient care — ongoing virtual clinic support to ease administrative burden.
- Flexible Scheduling: Minimum of 20 hours/week, while still enjoying professional flexibility.

Requirements
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds
- 3+ years of primary care experience
- Licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new settings
