Job Summary
The anticipated salary for this position is $140,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
Qualifications
- Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our Regional Care Team — a unique opportunity offering variety, flexibility, and work-life balance.
- The Regional Primary Care Physician will be based at one practice location and provide in-person care for patients within the local Mass General Brigham network whose primary care provider is on leave or transitioning.
- Rather than managing your own panel, you’ll step into a well-resourced clinic and be supported by our Virtual Care Team, Medical Access Coordinators, Behavioral Health Team, and After-Hours Call Program.

Who We're Looking For
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds
- 3+ years of primary care experience
- Licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new settings
