We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - POSITION HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8:00a.m. - 1:15p.m. Also may work up to 15-20 hours per week, may include weekends/weeknights. - THE POSITION: description of role: Under direction of Recreation Supervisor II or Recreation Coordinator, responsible for working as part of a team to lead and supervise instructional classes, social events, excursions, sports and leisure activities and others for participants in recreation programs located in either Simi Valley or Oak Park. Programs: alternative recreation (serves individuals with developmental disabilities and/or other disabilities), preschool program for children ages 3-4, etc. - EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: details of duties for Alternative Recreation and Preschool. - EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: high school graduation or GED, 18+, one or more years relevant experience with planning and leading social/recreational activities for special needs population; instructing preschool-age children; other recreation areas. Ability to work indoors/outdoors; maintain equipment/facilities; communicate effectively; build positive relationships; demonstrate good instructional, time management and service-oriented skills. Professional respectful attitude; maintain CPR and First Aid certifications; Infant/Child CPR for preschool; proficient using fundamental computer software and other general office skills. Licenses/Certifications: valid CA driver's license with good record; current Red Cross CPR and First Aid; Infant/Child CPR for preschool. Follow ADA compliance. Physical Activity Requirements: standing/walking ~70% or more; occasional pushing/pulling; frequent lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs; some bending/kneeling/squatting/reaching overhead/stretching; occasional to frequent climbing stairs; ability to read printed materials; communicate clearly; work indoors/outdoors in various weather. - Job Posted by ApplicantPro (boilerplate? maybe minor metadata; we can drop or put in short p). No pay, benefits, schedule specifics beyond hours. Thus sections: - About the role: could be the description under THE POSITION. - Responsibilities: could be the EXAMPLE OF DUTIES (list of duties). Could also include the duties described earlier. - Requirements: could be EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS (knowledge, skills, abilities, licenses, physical requirements). Could split into Qualifications, Skills, etc. But we prefer few substantive sections. We need to use headings for sections that have real content. We can have:

About the role

with paragraph(s) describing role.

Responsibilities

with
  • list of duties (alternative recreation and preschool duties). Could combine.

    Requirements

    with
    • list of knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications, physical requirements. We might also have

      Schedule

if we have schedule info: POSITION HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8:00a.m. - 1:15p.m.; may work up to 15-20 hours per week, may include weekends/weeknights. That's specific schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We should not include Benefits or Pay because none given. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting. We must not repeat job title. Not needed. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like "Job Posted by ApplicantPro". Could drop or put in short p. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can drop that line. Thus final HTML fragment:

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The description of programs: alternative recreation, preschool program, and more. We included that in About the role. We also had mention: "Over time Recreation Specialists develop knowledge, skills and abilities in more than one recreation program area, and are better able to meet the needs of the community and their own professional expertise. The areas assigned to a Recreation Specialist can change for a variety of reasons, such as the changing needs of the community, particular expertise or strength demonstrated by a Recreation Specialist, or changes in staffing levels within the Recreation Department or the District as a whole." This is substantive; we should include it somewhere, maybe in About the role or Responsibilities. Let's add a paragraph after the initial description. Add to About the role: "Over time Recreation Specialists develop knowledge, skills and abilities in more than one recreation program area, and are better able to meet the needs of the community and their own professional expertise. The areas assigned to a Recreation Specialist can change for a variety of reasons, such as the changing needs of the community, particular expertise or strength demonstrated by a Recreation Specialist, or changes in staffing levels within the Recreation Department or the District as a whole." Also we had: "The District's Recreation Specialists assist with leading and supervising different program areas, such as: Alternative Recreation Program Preschool Program Each program area is unique and therefore requires specific knowledge and education, which may be obtained in college, classes, previous employment, or on the job training with the District." This is also substantive; could be included in About the role or Responsibilities. Let's add a paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive info; not summarizing away. So we should include these statements. Thus About the role may have multiple paragraphs. Let's craft:

Under the direction of either the Recreation Supervisor II or the Recreation Coordinator, this position is responsible for working as part of a team to lead and supervise instructional classes, social events, excursions, sports and leisure activities and others for participants in recreation programs located in either the community of Simi Valley or Oak Park. The programs include alternative recreation, which serves individuals whose developmental disabilities and/or other disabilities may impede them from participating in other recreational programs; the preschool program for children ages 3 to 4 years, which instructs them in activities designed to promote social, physical and intellectual skills needed for success in elementary school; and more.

The District's Recreation Specialists assist with leading and supervising different program areas, such as the Alternative Recreation Program and the Preschool Program. Each program area is unique and therefore requires specific knowledge and education, which may be obtained in college, classes, previous employment, or on‑the‑job training with the District.

Over time Recreation Specialists develop knowledge, skills and abilities in more than one recreation program area, and are better able to meet the needs of the community and their own professional expertise. The areas assigned to a Recreation Specialist can change for a variety of reasons, such as the changing needs of the community, particular expertise or strength demonstrated by a Recreation Specialist, or changes in staffing levels within the Recreation Department or the District as a whole.

That covers. Now Responsibilities: we have the list of duties from EXAMPLE OF DUTIES. Also there is mention: "The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:" then bullet list for Alternative Recreation and Preschool. We already captured those. Also there is "The position may perform other related work as assigned." Already included. We might also include the earlier sentence: "The District's Recreation Specialists assist with leading and supervising different program areas, such as: Alternative Recreation Program Preschool Program". Already in About the role. Now Requirements: we included knowledge, skills, abilities, licenses, physical requirements. Also we had "Must maintain CPR and First Aid certifications and be able to utilize these skills in case of emergency." Included. "Must maintain an Infant/Child CPR certification for work in the preschool program." Included. "Must be proficient using fundamental computer software and possess other general office skills." Included. "Licenses / Certifications: A valid California Driver's License with good driving record and current certifications in Red Cross CPR and First Aid are required.
