About the Role

We are seeking a Receptionist who will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care. You will also maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will advocate for pet health by educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible. You will embody compassion and empathy, being a calming presence for clients and demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
  • Experience with veterinary software is preferred.

Qualifications

  • A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
