Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Answer dealership phone calls
  • Greet and receive customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Receive mails, packages, and notify recipients
  • Take messages from customers and vendors
  • Absorb and distribute license plates and Coupon books (Pilon Book)
  • Schedule is Mon-Fri 3pm-8:30pm and every other Saturday 8am-6pm

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills over the phone, through email, and in person
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Basic computer skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Friendly and enthusiastic
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
  • Organized
