Our clinical mindset is geared towards conservative dentistry. Meaning that we want to intervene at the stage that preserves the most structure and returns the patient back to full health as soon as possible. Prevention and early intervention lead to better outcomes always. We work with our hygienists to create the best plan for the patient. A friendly, gentle, upbeat hygienist who's comfortable treating patients of all ages, skilled in radiographs and anesthetic application, and ready to be part of a practice that feels like family.

Requirements

• Active Hygiene License
• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Full licensure
• Local anesthesia certificate
• Radiograph certificate
• N2O certification

Pay

• $48–52 per hour, based on experience level
• Increases in salary based on performance over time
