About the role

Responsibilities include patient education, discharge planning, evaluating intervention effectiveness, and promoting teamwork through delegation and communication. The role emphasizes safety, quality improvement, and participation in evidence-based practices and organizational initiatives. The position is based in a new, private-room acute care unit.
