About the role

Radiologic Technologist responsible for obtaining diagnostic radiographs using various imaging equipment in a multi-specialty healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Operate ionizing radiation equipment, including fluoroscopic, digital, and routine radiographic systems, following departmental policies and protocols.
  • Provide radiographic support across multiple locations, including ambulatory surgery centers, using radiographic C-arms or portable units, and perform fluoroscopic exams as needed.
  • Utilize Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) for clerical tasks and image management.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
  • Eligible for ARRT(R) registry and MRT General Certificate within one year of eligibility.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Proficient in computer use, digital image acquisition, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Radiology Technology.
  • Over one year of clinical radiology experience.
  • Experience with PACS and RIS systems; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $24.00 to $43.00, based on experience and qualifications.
