About the Role
Provide high-quality radiology services in accordance with physician orders, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Prepare radiology rooms and operate and maintain diagnostic equipment.
- Develop images and adhere to safety standards.
- Evaluate image quality and input accurate patient information into electronic records.
- Respond to contrast reactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and staff while maintaining confidentiality and effective communication.
- Ensure radiation safety, perform equipment checks, and follow protocols for infection control and OSHA policies.
- Collaborate with team members, assist in training, and support operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and stocked radiology environment.
- Rotate across various assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) and BLS certification required.
- Proficiency in radiographic procedures, safety, and infection control.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
Preferred: at least one year of experience with diagnostic procedures.
