Part-Time Radiographer

About the Role

Performs radiographic procedures with minimal supervision, operating imaging equipment and handling designated areas or procedures requiring independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures and operate equipment
• Process and troubleshoot imaging media
• Assist with basic nursing care and departmental clerical tasks
• Ensure patient rights and safety
• Participate in performance improvement activities
• Supervise students and assist with orientation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
• NM Radiography Technologist (RRT) or temporary license required
• ARRT R.T.(R) certification preferred at hire; must obtain within one year
• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system is beneficial
