Part-Time Psych Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Clinical/Client management that will consist of 30% direct care and 70% of medication management and administrative.
• Client appointments including taking vitals, giving injections, calling in prescriptions, symptom management and education.
• Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history.
• Develop and execute medical individual treatment plans as needed.
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress.
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties.
• Collaborate with medical director, residential staff and other psychiatrists.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs.
• Maintain accurate client documentation.

Qualifications

• RN in the state of Ohio.
• Previous experience in behavioral health, nursing other related fields.
• Caregiving and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Self-starter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Drivers License & insurance.
