About the role
Part Time Property Manager position open for person capable of working remotely from home, 28 hours a week. Must live within a 20-30 mile radius of communities managed within Duncansville area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct park inspections
- Work with lease agreements & tenants
Qualifications
- Confident with communication, computer, and basic clerical skills
- Independent worker once trained
- Expected to work some daytime hours & be available to attend daytime hearings
Pay
$17/hr
