Part-Time Project Coordinator

In this position, you will contribute to the continued growth of our organization by helping the team meet client objectives, navigate operational challenges, and maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier setups, prepare purchase requisitions, process supplier invoices, and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Use a P‑Card to purchase supplies and equipment for project and site managers, followed by monthly reconciliation of all transactions.
- Aid team members with travel arrangements and prepare expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Draft proposal letters and maintain proposal folders within SharePoint to support business development efforts.
- Create project Teams sites, maintain electronic filing systems, and ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date.
- Support Project Managers by preparing submittals for client review and maintaining the submittal register.
- Help the project team complete closeout activities, ensuring all documentation and deliverables are finalized.
- Take on other responsibilities as needed to support evolving business needs and team operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 7+ years of administrative or related experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to work effectively in team environments while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.

Pay
Expected Salary: $33.13 - $50.10
