Part Time - Program Manager Milpitas School District

About the role

Right At School is seeking Program Managers to join our team starting Fall 2026-2027. We provide safe, fun, and meaningful extended day enrichment programs for over 35,000 students across 17 states. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give parents peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach a team passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment
• Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
• Instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events
• Drive the mission by delivering quality enrichment programs for children using our Disguised Learning curriculum
• Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED completed
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field
• Communication skills: oral, written, and visual with adults and children
• Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
• Meet state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, EMSA, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test (from a physician)

M-F 1 - 6pm
