Job Summary

Right At School is hiring for the Fall 2026-2027 school year. We provide safe, fun, and meaningful extended day enrichment programs for over 35,000 students across 17 states. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give parents peace of mind.

Responsibilities

  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities
  • Document attendance, incidents, and other observations
  • Deliver dynamic daily curriculum engaging children in academic and social character-building
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
  • Meet regularly with the Program Manager for professional progress and team accountability

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred
  • College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or a related field preferred
  • Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Meets state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test (from a physician)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay

$22-24 per hour (based on education & experience)

Schedule

Monday - Friday 1pm - 6pm (No Weekends)
