Job Summary
Right At School is hiring for the Fall 2026-2027 school year. We provide safe, fun, and meaningful extended day enrichment programs for over 35,000 students across 17 states. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give parents peace of mind.
Responsibilities
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities
- Document attendance, incidents, and other observations
- Deliver dynamic daily curriculum engaging children in academic and social character-building
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- Meet regularly with the Program Manager for professional progress and team accountability
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
- Works well in a team environment
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred
- College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or a related field preferred
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Meets state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test (from a physician)
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay
$22-24 per hour (based on education & experience)
Schedule
Monday - Friday 1pm - 6pm (No Weekends)
