About the role
Program Manager Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Responsibilities
- Drive The Mission By Safety & Joy: Exhibits role model qualities ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities to a team of staff members.
- Safeguard Operational Efficiency: Keeps site documents and licensing standards up to date.
- Outline Attendance Protocols, Behavior Policies, Safety Procedures, and Ensure Program Tasks Are Completed Effectively.
- Continually Coach, Foster Respectful Relationships Among Staff to Address Any Challenges or Issues Promptly to Maintain Team Cohesion and Productivity.
- Support Safety Assurance: Consistently Support and Report on Safety Protocols to Ensure the Well-Being of All Participants.
- Communicate Effectively: Engage Meaningfully with Families, Client Partners, Peers, and Children to Support Effective Communication and Relationship Building. Respond Promptly to Emails, Text Messages, and Inquiries During Program Hours to Ensure Transparency and Trust.
- Collaborate Regularly with the Area Manager to Support Outlined Program Goals and Assist in Implementing Changes or Processes as Guided.
- Maintain Accurate Records for Student Check-Ins and Check-Outs. Ensure “Name to Face” Attendance Procedures Are Completed Per Company Policy.
- Implement Daily Activities, Fitness Fun, and Curriculum While Providing a Safe and Engaging Environment.
Requirements
- Experience Working with Children and Knowledge of Unique and Special Needs.
- Coursework or Training in Child Development and/or Related Field.
- Communication Skills: Oral, Written, and Visual with Adults and Children.
- Model Professional Standards When Dealing with Students, Parents, Staff, and Community.
- Familiarity with Google Technology Software or Willingness to Learn.
- Submit Proof of MMR Ohio State & Position Requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or Related Field Approved by the Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY).
- Four College-Level Courses in Child Development or Early Childhood Education and Two Years of Experience Working in the Early Care and Education Field.
- A Current Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential Issued by the Council for Professional Recognition and Two Years of Experience Working in the Early Care and Education Field.
- A Minimum of a Current Prekindergarten Associate License Issued by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (DEW).
- A Current Infant and Toddler or Early Childhood Credential from a Program Accredited by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education.
- Career Pathways Level 3 Credential.
- CPL 2 with 2 Years of Experience Working in Licensed Childcare and Two Years of Experience Working in the Early Care and Education Field.
- CPL 1 with the Ability to Achieve CPL Level 2 Within 12 Months of Hire and Two Years of Experience Working in the Early Care and Education Field.
- A Current Ohio School-Age Administrator Professional Endorsement (If Serving Only School-Age Children).
- A Current Ohio Administrator Credential Approved by DCY.

Pay
$19.00 - $23.00 based on education and experience.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 6:15am-8:25am and 3:30pm-6:00pm *Wednesday Afternoon Schedule is 1:15pm-6:00pm
