Part Time Program Manager - East Greenwich Public Schools

Right At School · Rhode Island, United States · 1 mo ago
$22–$27/hrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real content. We need to extract content. Job description includes: - Intro about Right At School (mission etc). Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" for description of role and company. - Pay: "$22.00-$27.00 per hour (based on education and experience)". So Pay section. - Schedule: Monday-Friday split shift Morning 7-9, Afternoon 3:30-6, up to 22.5 hrs per week. So Schedule section. - Responsibilities: bullet list: "Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum", "Develop and coach a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment", "Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience", "Instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)", "Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork". So Responsibilities. - Benefits: list: "Competitive compensation", "Commuter benefits, supplemental insurance (short term disability, life insurance, etc.), based on eligibility", "Employee perks and discounts (hotels, car rentals, theme parks, sports events, shopping, etc)!", "401k - Opportunity to contribute to your future", "Free before & after school childcare with Right At School", "Growth Opportunities! We invest in your growth and offer options geared towards several career paths.", "Continue your learning with access to our online training library with over 600 online courses and counting. Topics include leadership, child development, after-school programming, and more.", "It’s FUN! From day one, we take you through a guided training experience including online and in-person learning.", "Earn school age professional development certificates while receiving transferable continuing education credits.", "You’re involved. Curate a hands-on experience for children that blends into the school fabric". Some of these are more like perks. We'll include as Benefits. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting includes "What You’ll Love About Us" (benefits) and "The Right Fit For This Role" which lists qualifications: Prior experience supervising others, Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs, Coursework or training in child development and/or related field, Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children, Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community, Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn, State Specific Requirements (list of options). Also there is a line: "This role requires proof of {insert education requirements here}" etc - placeholder, we should ignore because it's placeholder. Also "Do you meet this requirement?" etc. Also "This is a part time position, the shift times are approximately {insert time} & {insert time} are you able to work either/both shifts?" placeholder. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. So we should include the qualifications list as maybe "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We'll decide: Use "Requirements" for the list of qualifications (experience, skills). Use "Qualifications" maybe for state specific requirements? But we can combine. Better: Use "Requirements" for the bullet list of qualifications (Prior experience supervising others, Experience working with children..., Communication skills..., Ability to model..., Familiarity with Google...). Then "Qualifications" for the State Specific Requirements (the multiple OR options). Or we could just have one "Requirements" containing both. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into "Requirements" covering all qualification content. But we also have "Skills" heading possible. Could separate skills (communication, Google tech) as Skills. But we can keep simple: "Requirements" includes experience, skills, and state specific qualifications. We must not include placeholder lines. So we need to filter out lines like "This role requires proof of {insert education requirements here}" and "Do you meet this requirement?" and "This is a part time position, the shift times are approximately {insert time} & {insert time} are you able to work either/both shifts?" Also lines like "Earn school age professional development certificates while receiving transferable continuing education credits." That's substantive, keep. Also "You’re involved. Curate a hands-on experience for children that blends into the school fabric" keep. Also "It’s FUN! From day one, we take you through a guided training experience including online and in-person learning." keep. Now produce HTML. Structure:

About the role

Right At School has been providing safe, fun, and meaningful extended day enrichment programs for more than a decade, and today we serve more than 35,000 students in 17 states across the country. Our after school, before school, and break camp programs give students a place to learn, play, grow, and most importantly—a place to be a kid! Right At School’s mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give parents peace of mind. Our vision is to bring exceptional, affordable programs to as many students, families, and schools as possible. The core of everything we do is the team of amazing educators we have across the country, who bring their best to each program every day. So how do we build that team? We start with mission-driven people who want to help foster a love of learning while providing a safe environment for children to explore and grow.

Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
  • Develop and coach a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment
  • Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
  • Instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
  • Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork
Then Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: maybe "Requirements". We'll include bullet list. We need to include: Prior experience supervising others, Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs, Coursework or training in child development and/or related field, Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children, Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community, Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn, plus the state specific requirements (multiple OR options). Also maybe include "Earn school age professional development certificates while receiving transferable continuing education credits." That is more a benefit? Actually it's under "What You’ll Love About Us"? It appears after "It’s FUN!"? Actually the text: "It’s FUN! From day one, we take you through a guided training experience including online and in-person learning. This role requires proof of {insert education requirements here} Do you meet this requirement? This is a part time position, the shift times are approximately {insert time} & {insert time} are you able to work either/both shifts?Earn school age professional development certificates while receiving transferable continuing education credits. You’re involved. Curate a hands-on experience for children that blends into the school fabric". So the "Earn school age professional development certificates..." is a benefit? It's more like a perk. We'll keep under Benefits. Thus Requirements bullet list: - Prior experience supervising others - Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs - Coursework or training in child development and/or related field - Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children - Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community - Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn - State Specific Requirements: (list the OR options). We need to preserve all specifics. We'll need to format as maybe a sub-list. We can embed as a paragraph with the options separated by "OR". But better to keep as a list. We'll produce:
