Purpose

Pay and Schedule
- Pay Range: $25-$28/hr. (Dependent on education & experience)
- Monday-Friday: 1:30pm-6:00pm, Wednesdays: 12:00pm-6:00pm
Qualifications
- Mission-driven individuals who want to help foster a love of learning while providing a safe environment for children to explore and grow.
- High school diploma or GED completed.
- Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
- Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
- Strong communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
- Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
- Meet state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test (from a physician).

Skills
- Ability to develop and coach a team passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment.
- Experience working closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience.
- Ability to participate in local community events such as Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!
- Knowledge of state-specific requirements for positions, including LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test (from a physician).
