Part-Time Production Associate - Castle Rock Store

About the role

This position is part-time and eligible for Daily Pay. It involves processing donated items into inventory for sale in Goodwill stores and interacting with customers during stock operations.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated items by type, season, color, and quality.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for sale.
• Inspect and test items as needed to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Pricing items according to Goodwill standards of quality and value.
• Ensure sales floor areas are well stocked, organized, and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and fellow staff members.
• Rotate or pull old or unsold products from the sales floor as necessary.
• Process E-Commerce product as assigned.
• Follow all retail center policies and procedures.
• Work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One (1) year of retail experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to use basic technologies and research product values.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
