Part Time Pricing

Cub Burnsville South on County Road 42 is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part-time pricing position.

About the role

Pricing team members at Cub implement price changes as directed, follow front-end checkout procedures in all transactions, maintain positive customer relations, and ensure expedient processing of all orders. This position requires ongoing customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and ensure proper service levels and courtesy from all associates
• Ensure proper handling of all forms of tender and coupons
• Ensure new items are priced accurately
• Coordinate and conduct price changes
• Coordinate and perform proper signage
• Resolve pricing discrepancies

Requirements

• Operate equipment (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.)
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
• Ongoing customer interaction with prompt, courteous, and accurate service
• Good judgment, as direct supervision may not always be immediately available
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
• Ability to write identifying information and request supplies verbally or in writing
• Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 16 years of age or older

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
