Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, structured classes for preschool-aged children (3–5 years)
• Turn weekly lesson plans into playful, engaging experiences kids can’t wait to come back to
• Confidently manage group behavior, activity transitions, and short attention spans
• Use your voice, presence, and personality to keep kids focused, moving, and having fun
• Create a space where kids feel safe when they try, fail, and try again
• Connect with parents in a way that builds trust and excitement about their child’s progress
• Track and communicate student progress with professionalism to parents and peers
• Perform daily disinfecting and deep cleaning duties to keep our facility germ-free and looking fresh.
