Requirements
- A genuine and friendly approach to guest interactions
- Able to collaborate with teammates and other departments
- Previous experience in janitorial, cleaning, or housekeeping preferred but not required
- Able to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- English fluency may not be required, but sufficient communication skills are needed
- Able to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Able to lift, bend, carry, and stand for extended periods
Qualifications
- Self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Able to manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure rooms are done within prescribed time limits and to standard
- Able to push, pull, bend, and lift
- Able to work quickly and constantly on your feet
- Basic understanding of cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals
- Able to follow safety protocols and report safety hazards
