Responsibilities

- Provide a reliable, exceptional, and professional customer experience and follow up with every customer every time. - Conduct water tests and offer appropriate pool solutions. - Ensure the store is organized and well-stocked. - Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns or offer repair recommendations. - Adhere to the directives provided by the Store Manager and implement current campaigns within the store.

Requirements

- Ability to work various hours, including weekends and some holidays. - Previous retail experience is preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent active listening skills.
