Part Time Retail Associate
About The Job
Lax.Com and Universal Lacrosse are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their team. This position is part-time and located in Norwalk. Candidates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply. Prior lacrosse experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role (Preferred but not required)
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school degree or currently enrolled in High School
